Unit # 8
- Unit #8 is located across the street from our lake front location and sits on a large lot with its own private river frontage and boat dock. Guests also are invited to use our sandy lakefront beach and join with other guests at the evening community beach fire weather permitting.
- This unit is available all year, renting at $525 per week or $75 per day (2 night minimum). Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, this unit is available by the week only. (Saturday to Saturday)
- Check-in time is 2 pm, check-out is 9 am.
- Due to Michigan state law, smoking is not allowed in any of the rental units.
- This unit is has been updated and features a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, coffeemaker, crockpot, toaster, pots and pans, and all necessary dishes and utensils.
- This unit features central air conditioning so you can take a break from heat on those hot summer days.
- A 32" LCD High Def TV with satellite, DVD player and VCR are also included in this unit for the days the weather isn't cooperating.
- Enjoy private Rainy River frontage and boat dockage only a short distance from beautiful Black Lake. Guests also have full beach privileges at our main lake front location.
- This unit has 2 bedrooms provided with pillows, blankets, mattress pads, and bed spreads. Guests must provide their own sheets and towels.
- Accommodates up to 4 people. (One queen size bed and two single size beds)
- Sorry, we do not allow pets.
